Our Second Chance Program through Corporate Leasing is for credit challenged renters who require a solution to get approved for any housing rental of their choice without having their personal credit ran during the approval process.
Corporate Leasing is when a company uses their excellent business credit, corporate name, financials, rental history, and references to submit a corporate rental application on behalf of their client and keeps their client's social security number private during the process to prevent any credit checks.
The property manager or landlord will screen the corporation's business credit, but the client is placed on the leasing agreement as the official occupant who will be residing in the property.
What's different about our Corporate Leasing Program is we provide our clients with a Renters ID number, then we add our corporate tradelines to the Renters ID number to generate an excellent rental related credit history to the renters ID number.
This method allows our clients to apply to their chosen rental properties with the backing of our corporate credit. The case manager will walk the client through every step of the process.
Our Renters Identification Number (RIN) program assists our clients with obtaining a new rental lease agreement within 3 to 7 days.
Our strategy to improve the chances of securing your lease include a renter identification number so that you may start with a clean slate and is backed by positive rental history.
After your first payment into the program you will get an email explaining what is next in the process with clear directions to select your rental properties. While you are searching and selecting rental properties you like, our team will start the process to generate you a renters ID number and register it in association with your name with the major credit reporting bureaus. Then when you are ready to move forward you will pay the final fee into the program for our team to add the positive rental history to your new credit profile. This comes with a provided prior rental property and the landlord our back office will verify when your new rental property contacts them to verify your positive rental history. We work with you until your rental application is approved or your money back.
